Reflexology is a wonderful way relax, feel better, and indulge in something nice for you!  Each session takes up to an hour and a half - so when you are booking, be sure that you have the time to relax and enjoy your session.

You can book your own session by visiting My ONLINE SCHEDULE , choosing "Reflexology in Office" will then show you what dates and times are available. Pick the time slot that works best for your schedule (there are days, evenings and weekends available.) I'll send you an email to confirm the appointment and say hello, and give you instructions on how to prep for your appointment.
